Improve your productivity and be more organized in Gmail

ActiveInbox is a helpful Firefox plug-in that allows you to use the GTD productivity method with your Gmail account.

If you’re already familiar with GTD, you’ll be using ActiveInbox in no time. And those of you who aren’t, don’t worry: the extension displays an informative introduction right after being installed, and is also conveniently documented.

Once installed on your browser, ActiveInbox automatically creates a bunch of labels (Action, Someday and Waiting on) that follow the principles of GTD organization. But the good thing about this extension is that you can also create your own labels and adapt it to the way you’re used to work with email.

With ActiveInbox you can group similar emails into more manageable projects, track emails that haven’t been answered yet, write more effective replies and check contact history in a snap. Like any other productivity method, it takes time and effort to set up, but it’s worth it. Also, being based on Gmail, ActiveInbox doesn’t require you to learn how to use a new program.

Enable ActiveInbox in your Gmail account and be more productive with your messages.
